I just have to say I have been sucked into it. Period.

I know I know I am a married woman now and I love my husband like mad!

It took me a while to finally fall into the pit everyones been talking about and now I totally understand why my friends are ga-ga over him.. He is 35 years old. Doesn't he look like he's 18yrs? ok maybe 20.

I have nothing else better to do at home accept wait for my duty

So I decided to sit my behind down and finally watch both seasons.

Standyby Sucks!

Hi everyone. How are you? Ok, time for me to tell you what I have been up to. I've done a lot of waiting.

First of all being on standby for 35 days is no picnic. I can't buy groceries, I can't really plan to meet my friends when they are free, I can't go home!!!!!!!

This is how it works:

We don't have a roster for 35 days which means we have to wait to see what we get as the days come.

Not a nice feeling

So far this month, I have been to Kenya, London,Scotland and Sri Lanka.

Yes I know I should be really grateful.

I am. I just miss my cat and my hubby...( is that so wrong?!)

So in the mean time I have been catching up with my friend Emilie from Singapore and we have been watching the latest episodes of desperate housewives and I did manage to get some DVD's from Colombo which isn't so bad. I even let the salesguy coax me into buying Prison Break Seasons 1 & 2. I haven't started yet. In fact I just watched the end of Grey's Anatomy Season 3 and I feel like knocking Meredith's head, I even feel like kicking Christina Yang's Ass. I loved all of it though!... Made me use up my kleenex tissue box and it made me appreciate my life here. At least I don't have to wake up tomorrow and slice someones chest open!

Ok enough about my tv shows. I have been feeling really happy these few days. Can you believe its been a month already!

That's all. I need to sleep now. I have an early standby tomorrow starting from 6am.

I am so going to kill anyone whom reports sick (unless it's a KL flight!)

The Morning of 20th of July

Wedding Dress : AUD **.**, Veil: RM 25, Make-up & Hair: RM280, Towel : PRICELESS!

This is a picture of my best friend Joyce and I on the morning of my wedding day... I was so exited and nervous that night that I slept only at 4:30am and guess who woke me up? She did!

I remember it was only yesterday when we were hanging out in MTV's in KK after a hard day's work in STAR, and I think there was this one time where we were actually talking about us not being able to get married! Scary!

She is one of the few people whom I will always love & remember for being so patient, never mara-mara, and for always being there for me through all the years. Put it this way, if anything happens to me I would give her all my clothes and bags (ok,and shoes)!

I am so glad that she was there for my wedding because let me tell you she & her hubby Gerry helped me a lot! She helped me with the cups & jugs, the projector, the setting up of the projector, the setting up of the song in church.. not to mention her replenishing my make up in church after all the waterworks! Thank you os!

I meant to thank her after my wedding but there was so little time, Vijay and I had to rush back to KL coz we had to go to work..

Here I am back in Dubai and I am so exhausted and tired and I thought I'd just mention this before I sleep....

My best friend is Preggers!

Very soon on our blogs we'll be able to see my best friends baby! I am so exited for her! I was one of the first people who knew and it was so hard for me to keep it to myself because she wanted to tell her sister Dr. Judy and her family first... So finally by the end of my wedding reception I told my hubby (whom was over and out thanks to our friends: Lihing+Talak+Tapai+Black Label+Gin+Vodka+Wine!) So many good things are happening to all my friends near and far and I am so happy for them! Joyce & Gerry's baby will be a mixture of Cino-Kadazan and Pure Kadazan...hmm I wonder what mine will be called... IndaZan or KadaIn. I also dunno la. But if you want to see one of my friend PuEi yang is half-chinese half-ang-mo with her hubby you can visit her webpage. her baby girl is so adorable! She has very big beautiful eyes! So geram! I really like to see "re-mixes" as my children will be one of them too!
